I used to dine out a lot before, almost every lunch and dinner. Came across with lots of restaurants that provide bad services. Converse with your employees, listen to their suggestions, be open minded. I know lots and lots of Bosses dont like to listen to suggestions let alone critiques.
There is no such thing as easy money. One way or another you really have to earn them. No matter what, no matter how. Thats how the world works.
